  • QuillPost: A Microservice Based Blog Posting App

    - Four services under development: Django for authentication/comments, Spring Boot for posting, and React for the front-end.
    - Services communicate via REST API calls, ensuring efficient data exchange and seamless operations.
    - All services are Containerized using Docker for easy deployment and management.
    - Kubernetes is employed for deploying and orchestrating the containerized services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
  • Cloud Provider Advisor

    - Designed and implemented a system using SDKs to retrieve VMs data from various cloud providers.
    - Stored the collected VMs data in a centralized database.
    - Developed a UI enabling clients to search, filter, and compare VMs based on memory, storage, and price.
  • Parking Spot Assigner with License Plate Detector

    - Designed a tool to automatically detect and recognize the license plate numbers of vehicles    at the entry gate via a camera which is connected to a computer.
    - The number is extracted from the image and is then checked with a database which contains    the details of the employee and assign a token for a parking slot.
    - Assigning of the parking slot will be according to the respective seating of the employee, the    system will check for available slots near that sitting and will assign the parking slot.
    - Done using computer vision and machine learning algorithms and trained data to identify the    specific characters and patterns on license plates.

    - Designed and implemented a compiler that can parse and analyze source code, generate    intermediate code or assembly code, and finally produce machine code that can be executed    by a computer.
    - Involves a combination of lexical analysis, syntax analysis, semantic analysis, and code    generation algorithms, which are implemented using Python and C++ programming    languages.

    - Developed a carbon footprint calculator web application which calculates your carbon    footprint due to transportation and domestic activities and uses a CI/CD model to automate    the software development process.
    - Implementing the CI/CD pipeline to ensure efficient and reliable code delivery. This involved    setting up automated testing, building and deploying code, and managing version control    using tools like Jenkins, Git, AWS and docker.
